The office address is 583 S. Clarizz Blvd.    

From the Downtown Bloomington or Bloomington Hospital area, take either 3rd or 2nd Street east, past the IU campus area, and pass College Mall on 3rd Street.   About 1/2 mile past the junction of the 46 bypass and 3rd street, turn Right off of 3rd Street onto Clarizz Blvd.   Our office is 1/4 mile on the Left between People's Bank and Southern Indiana Pediatrics.

From the Nashville area, use Highway 46 to approach the College Mall area, but do not pass it.  Clarizz Blvd. is before passing the Mall, and you will turn Left onto Clarizz Blvd.
